Job Description

IT Management Corporation (ITMC.net) is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to coordinate and execute critical operational functions that support our engineering, sales, and customer delivery teams.

This role is responsible for managing procurement, vendor coordination, inventory logistics, office operations, facilities support, service vehicle coordination, and operational invoicing readiness.

Unlike a purely supervisory position, this role requires a high level of operational ownership and involvement. The Operations Manager must maintain real-time awareness of operational activities and be comfortable stepping in to resolve issues, coordinate vendors, and personally drive operational execution when necessary.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, operationally curious, and comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement operations including purchase orders, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking
• Maintain relationships with technology vendors and distributors
• Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment between quotes, orders, and vendor costs
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse coordination, and shipping/receiving processes
• Coordinate operational workflows between sales, engineering, finance, and vendors
• Support office operations and facility management including vendor coordination and maintenance
• Maintain awareness of company service vehicle logistics and maintenance schedules
• Improve operational processes and implement procedures that increase efficiency and accuracy
• Provide operational visibility and communicate order status and supply risks to internal teams

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in operations, procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
• Experience in technology, telecom, IT services, or system integration environments preferred
• Strong experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing processes
• Familiarity with inventory management and operational workflows
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is a plus

Additional Information

Work Location
This is an in-person position based in Santa Clara, California. The role requires close coordination with engineering, sales, and leadership teams, so regular on-site presence is essential.

Hands-On Operations Role
This is a hands-on operational leadership role, not a purely supervisory position. The Operations Manager is expected to stay closely involved in day-to-day operational activities including procurement coordination, vendor communication, logistics, and internal workflow management.

Cross-Department Collaboration
The Operations Manager will work closely with sales, engineering, finance, and leadership teams to ensure equipment procurement, operational logistics, and internal processes support successful project delivery and customer service.

Operational Environment
