We don't need a designer. We need a creative who thinks in CTRs.
Let's get this out of the way first:
🚫 This isn't a Figma-and-chill kind of role.
🚫 We're not looking for someone who peaked at art school.
🚫 Static-only portfolios? Not gonna cut it.
🚫 3D renders that took 47 hours but converted zero users? Pass.
Here's the deal.
We're an app company. Our creatives don't hang in galleries, they run in ad auctions. Every pixel you push has one job: perform.
We're looking for someone who:
🔥 Says "I'm a marketer" before "I'm a designer" and means it.
🔥 Gets genuinely excited about cutting a new video variation at 11am because yesterday's hook underperformed.
🔥 Spends their free time stalking Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center like it's Instagram Explore.
🔥 Knows the difference between "looks fire" and "converts fire" and optimizes for the latter.
🔥 Takes feedback like a pro and gives it like one too. No ego, just iterations.
If you had to Google "performance marketing" just now; honestly, respect for the curiosity. Read up and come back. We'll wait. 🏃♀️
What you'll actually do day-to-day:
You'll create static and motion creatives for paid campaigns that run worldwide. You'll take a winning ad, dissect why it works, and spin up new variations backed by real performance data. You'll own App Store and Play Store visuals, screenshots, preview videos, the whole storefront. Everything you make will be measured, iterated, and scaled.
This is a craft where the scoreboard is always on. If that excites you more than it scares you, let's talk.
