The Joinery Floor Supervisor reports to Training Centre Manager and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities within the joinery workshop in a training centre environment. This role involves supervising apprentices, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all tools and machinery, and supporting the delivery of a high‑quality training programme. The Supervisor acts as a key liaison between apprentices, instructors and management, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.The Joinery Floor Supervisor is based primarily on-site within the Training Centre’s workshop, working closely with apprentices and staff. This position may occasionally necessitate evening or weekend work to assist with ongoing supply to our projects.
