Mission
Supports the lawyer in the management and organization of legal files in compliance with legal provisions, regulations and internal rules.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepares legal files and contracts: analyzes files/contracts, drafts contract documentation or contract management elements, monitors contract files, updates contracts, conducts legal research, drafts briefing notes on risks and opportunities, etc.
- Assists lawyers in the preparation of negotiations
- Monitors budgets, provisions, expenses, etc.
- Takes charge of administrative tasks: administrative processing of files, filing, archiving, etc.
- Participates in regulatory watch: conducts legal research, follows the evolution of regulations and case law, etc.
- Ensures reporting: updated tracking tables
- Ensures the interface between lawyers and external organizations
- Manages the legal documentary database: updates file tracking data
Profile
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-5 years of experience
