Lavipharm is seeking a Regional Manager, North based in Thessaloniki who will be responsible for targeting medical sales force in own area of responsibility for new business objectives, maintaining existing business accounts and effectively leading, motivating and developing sales representatives in order to reach sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures sales objectives are met within organization strategies and maintains coordination with internal organization functions
- Has responsibility for setting new business objectives via prospecting, qualifying and selling services and products
- Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions and evaluates data to ensure district/area goals are met
- Collects, analyzes and shares market and competitive Intelligence reports
- Participates in the planning and development of budgets and promotional activities for own region
- Monitors key performance indicators to enhance customer satisfaction, quality assurance and sales execution excellence
- Manages geographical area and commercial plans to support corporate strategy and sales targets
- Manages team budget/expenses
- Takes part in scientific congresses and meetings in order to maintain corporate image and culture
- Builds effective business relationships with Health Care Partners, Key Accounts and Customers
- Ensures compliance in all relevant legislations
- Leads sales team through selection, training, motivation, performance evaluation, target setting and ongoing development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 5 years’ selling experience and 2+ years in pharmaceutical area Sales Management (Sales Manager/Regional Manager/ Sales Supervisor)
- Proven experience in the cardiometabolic sector (cardiology, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia)
- Experience in both Innovative Pharma Selling and Gx Pharma Selling
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language
- Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Veeva)
- Experience in launching new products will be valued
- Experience from other markets such as the Central Nervous System will be valued
