POSITION SUMMARY
- Senior Product Architect (Product Design & Engineering)
The Senior Product Architect leads the architectural design of modular building projects, ensuring solutions meet functional, sustainability, regulatory, and aesthetic requirements. They develop and model designs in Revit, producing full architectural documentation including plans, sections, elevations, details, 3D views, schedules, and material documentation. The role requires strong expertise in building envelope design, thermal protection, fire‑proofing, and relevant European and international standards. The Senior Product Architect works independently on complex details, coordinates with engineering teams and suppliers, supports R&D activities, and supervises and mentors junior team members while continuously developing technical expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing of project conceptual and detailed design as lead architectural design engineer
- Based on input data (information, requirements, standards), development of architectural project documentation: architectural 3D model design, thermal transmittance calculations, architectural layouts, sections, elevations, thermal and fire insulation detail drawings, descriptions, instructions, material submittals, presentations and marketing materials etc.
- During design follow and take into consideration international, national and company standards and good engineering practices
- Use knowledge and experience to fulfill requirements given by project tasks
- Participating in kick-off meeting, regular project team meetings, client meetings and on-site coordination meetings
- Reporting project status to Project Lead Engineer
- Proactive cooperation with all team members during project execution
- Coordinating team of architects on projects of medium and high complexity
- Initiating RFI („Request for Information “) in cases where additional clarification is needed
- Development of defined documents according to Document list (DLIST)
- Development of workshop documentation
- Verification and approval of workshop documentation developed by subcontractors
- Specifying Bill of Material and services required for project execution
- Specification of necessary certificates for materials needed to be ordered
- Supporting suppliers with additional information during bidding phase of sourcing (offer submitting)
- Providing technical approval for received supplier offers
- Providing technical support to subcontractors and installers during production/assembly
- Cooperation with Manufacturing and Site deployment engineering team
- Cooperation with Site Manager during assembly, providing technical solutions to raised issues
- Cooperation with Quality Control during quality control of components/systems and assembly on Site
- Cooperation with Commissioning engineer on testing documentation development
- Participation on internal testing and FAT
- Authorities:
- Review and approval of outsourced architectural design documentation
- Approve or reject technically received supplier offer
- Approve or reject suggested changes by subcontractor on approved workshop documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – architectural engineer
- 7+ years of experience
- English language – fluent
- Software- Revit, AutoCAD, EnCert-HR. MS Office
- Soft skills: independent, attention to details, problem solving, analytical & research orientation, organization, creativity, teamwork, flexible, hard working, managing and coordinating other project assigned architectural engineers
