Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Technical Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building talent pipelines, working with ATS systems, and hiring for startups and digital marketing agencies. This role requires someone who can move fast, think strategically, and leverage AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

Handle both technical (developers, designers, QA, etc.) and non-technical roles (marketing, operations, support, etc.)

Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experience
2. Talent Pipeline Development

Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs

Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels effectively

Develop a database of pre-qualified candidates for critical roles
3. ATS & Recruitment Tools Management

Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Ensure proper documentation, candidate tracking, and reporting

Improve hiring workflows and reduce time-to-hire through system efficiency
4. Startup & Agency Hiring Experience

Handle hiring in fast-paced startup and digital marketing environments

Understand urgency, role flexibility, and cultural fit requirements

Work closely with hiring managers to align on evolving job requirements
5. AI in Recruitment

Use AI tools for CV screening, job description creation, sourcing, and communication

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruitment tasks

Continuously improve hiring quality and speed using data and AI insights
6. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Provide regular hiring updates and market insights

Advise on hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in recruitment (technical + non-technical)

Hands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)

Proven experience in hiring for startups or digital marketing agencies

Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills

Familiarity with AI tools used in recruitment (e.g., ChatGPT, sourcing tools, automation tools)
