Main responsibilities
This role is integrated in the Quality/Operations department. The team member shall perform the present tasks inherent to such position including, but not limited to, the following:
Lead and monitor the team on the onboarding framework for new suppliers, ensuring a strong understanding of the Qualifyze reselling concept and platform, and continuously improving onboarding and feedback materials and processes.
Establish a structured approach to supplier referrals, monitor team performance in this area, and actively support team members in unlocking referral opportunities based on supplier tiering.
Develop and guide audit scope strategies to optimize audit dimensions (length), cycles (3 years), and renewal optimization, supporting team members in negotiations and supplier relationship management.
Ensure timely and effective handling of existing report authorizations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements where needed.
Collaborate with other teams and scale up with suppliers to address CAPA unresponsiveness, supporting the team in driving accountability and resolution with suppliers.
Actively support team members in executing all of the above tasks through adequate onboarding, regular coaching, feedback, and performance tracking.
Standardize best practices across the end-to-end process and identify and address inefficiencies in supplier relationships
