Educational Leader Position Available - Leppington

We are seeking an Educational Leader to oversee and inspire our centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leadership team, working alongside other dedicated Educational Leaders.

What You'll Do:

You will take the lead in managing Quality Area 1, fostering a high-quality learning environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Work collaboratively with the Educational Leadership team to support and mentor educators, ensuring alignment with the center’s vision and mission. Provide guidance on programming, planning, and documentation, championing best practices in early childhood education. Empower your team to nurture children’s potential, inspire global citizenship, and uphold play-based learning as central to the curriculum. About You:

• Hold at least an ECT (or equivalent).
• Have a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Food Handling Certificate.
• Demonstrate experience in leading teams and working in an early learning setting.
• Show a commitment to high-quality care, children's safety, and creating an inclusive and engaging environment.
• Exhibit a passion for professional development, reflective practice, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
