About the Business:

Lotus Commercial is a trusted commercial kitchen service provider with over 30 years of experience supporting Australia’s hospitality and corporate sectors. We provide critical services including kitchen filter exchange, canopy and exhaust cleaning, and air conditioning filter maintenance.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team in VIC and work to further grow the business. Work in the warehouse to wash, organize, repair and maintain our filter stock assisting the service technicians out in the field to provide a high level of customer service to our clients. Reporting to the Southern Regional Manager and be a key part of keeping operations running efficiently.

About You:

You thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in doing a job well. You build trust and respect through your actions, follow through on commitments, and help lift team morale. You enjoy being part of a team but can work independently when needed.

Selection Criteria:

• Current driver’s license (at least P2) with a clean driving history

• Police check (or able to obtain prior to start)

• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated

• Strong focus on health and safety

• Physically fit, able to work in a hot warehouse environment and lift up to 20kg

• Driven and self-motivated with excellent planning and organizational skills

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Experience using part washers is an advantage
