Who We’re Looking For:

We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our new site at at our Brendale Branch.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
• Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
• Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
• Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
• Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.

About You:

You’re a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. Experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry is highly desirable.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings is essential. Working hours are negotiable for the right candidate.
