What you will do

The Senior Brand & Shopper Activation Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance shopper engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, insight, creativity, and commercial performance and who can translate vision into impactful execution.

This position is based in Warsaw (hybrid regime), and we are offering full-time contract with fixed duration for 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer long‑term brand and category strategy to ensure differentiation, relevance, and sustainable growth.
• Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans and manage the NPI pipeline to align innovation with future consumer and shopper needs.
• Drive shopper and customer activation across offline and online channels, delivering best‑in‑class execution.
• Set strategic direction for in‑store and e‑commerce excellence, ensuring visibility and conversion at all touchpoints.
• Translate consumer, shopper, and customer insights into strategic platforms and activation frameworks.
• Oversee development of POS materials and digital assets that elevate brand presence and strengthen the shopper journey.
• Lead performance evaluation and competitive analysis to inform decision‑making and maximize ROI and long‑term brand health.
• Build strong cross‑functional and agency partnerships, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and effective customer collaboration.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience on similar position (Brand Management / Shopper/ Trade Marketing) in FMCG industry
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience in working with external agencies and service providers
• Analytical & financial skills with knowledge of P&L, ROIs
• Strong communication and presentations skills
• Very good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & setting priorities
• High level of inner motivation & proactive approach
• Fluent English and Polish is a must
