Monitor, and manage plant operations, and safety procedures in conjunction with the Plant Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor. Update as necessary and ensure conformance with established policies and procedures.
Manage plant operations activities, routine operating maintenance, and overhaul procedures and ensure compliance with established standards.
Direct communication and monitor daily operations of plant operators through Shift Leaders to meet plant objectives. Generate daily orders and standing operating orders.
Review and evaluate plant performance and suggest plant improvements and/or corrective actions to ensure maximum operating efficiency in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Asset in development of plant operating budget, monitor and control costs within approved budget to meet plant objectives.
Initiate and review purchase requisitions as related to operations parameters.
Support effective interface and relationships of plant site; utilities, host customers, contractors, fuel and equipment suppliers, and respective regulatory agencies as directed by Plant Manager.
Job Qualifications
At least bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Control & Instrumental Engineering.
Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
At least 8 years of experience in thermal power plant (coal, gas, oil, nuclear or CCPP), and 3 years of experience as operations manager in combined cycle power plant.
Management skills.
Good command of English (TOEIC score > 500) and computer skills.
