Position Summary: CTP, Inc is seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Strategist to define and drive quality engineering strategy across enterprise systems, focusing on automation, testing frameworks, and continuous validation throughout the software lifecycle.
Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.
Primary Responsibilities
• Define enterprise testing and quality engineering strategy• Develop automated testing frameworks and processes• Ensure quality engineering is integrated into development lifecycle• Improve system reliability and reduce defects• Establish performance testing and validation processes• Work with development and operations teams to improve software quality• Implement continuous testing and validation pipelines• Establish quality metrics and reporting
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• 10+ years of quality engineering or software testing experience• Experience with automated testing frameworks• Experience with performance and system testing• Experience with enterprise software environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CI/CD testing integration• Experience with cloud-based systems testing• Experience with DevOps environments• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems
