Position Summary: CTP, Inc is seeking a Chief Solutions Architect to define the technical vision and architecture strategy for enterprise systems across cloud, platform, and application environments. This role is a hands-on engineering leadership position responsible for designing, building, and delivering complex software solutions while guiding engineering teams and establishing technical standards.
Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.
Primary Responsibilities
• Define enterprise architecture strategy and technical direction• Design complex software and platform solutions• Lead implementation of enterprise systems across cloud and platform environments• Establish coding standards and development practices• Review system architecture and engineering designs• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership• Solve complex technical challenges across systems and platforms• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• 15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience• Experience designing enterprise-scale software systems• Strong cloud architecture and platform integration experience• Strong hands-on development experience• Experience leading engineering teams and architecture initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AWS cloud architecture• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow• Experience with microservices architecture• Experience with DevSecOps practices
