Overview
TITAN Group is seeking an Enterprise Business Process Transformation Manager to play a key role in shaping how the organization operates across the globe in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial and corporate functions. This role will be based at our Headquarters in Athens, Greece, and will report to the Group Digital Portfolio Director.
This role is a critical enabler of TITAN’s multi-year digital transformation journey, ensuring that initiatives such as Enterprise Digital, Manufacturing 4.0, and AI led improvements are process-led, system-enabled, and business-driven.
You will work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives. The primary responsibility is to align technology solutions, strategies, and initiatives with the overall business goals of the organization. By understanding the business landscape, facilitating effective communication, drive change and ensure that technology investments contribute to Titan’s success.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Process Improvement
- Effectively capture, document, and manage business needs, including shaping and scoping ideas, aligning to business strategy and goals, producing business requirements and benefits.
- Facilitate problem-solving, involve relevant stakeholders, gain commitment, and orchestrate engagement and collaboration with senior leadership. Identify and document requirements.
- Analyse and redesign end-to-end processes and cross-functional value streamsDevelop and maintain process maps, capability models, and documentation.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
Digital & Systems-Driven Transformation
- Translate business needs into system-enabled workflows and solutions.
- Drive adoption of standard system capabilities and reduce manual processes.
- Support the digital and data transformation roadmap.
Enterprise Transformation Programs
- Translates business strategy into AI opportunities, ensuring AI initiatives are tied to enterprise goals (cost reduction, customer experience, operational efficiency).
- Act as a process workstream lead across major transformation initiatives.
- Support program design, prioritization, and execution from a business perspective.
- Ensure alignment between global design and local operational needs.
- Contribute to business cases, KPIs, and value realization tracking.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across functions and sites.
Change Management & Capability Building
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions.
- Support change management and communication strategies.
- Develop training materials and build internal capabilities.
- Enable adoption and sustainability of new processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 8–12+ years of experience in business process transformation, operations excellence, or similar roles.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP/SAP, CRM, HR systems) in global environments.
- Flexibility to travel abroad as required.
- Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).
- Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable).
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong expertise in process mapping, business analysis, and operating model design.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP or IIBA) preferred.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or business process re-engineering methodologies.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration.
- Familiarity with tools such as Signavio, Celonis, ArchiMate. or similar platforms is a plus.
