We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead revenue growth at Lyrebird.
Our platform is already used daily by thousands of clinicians. As adoption continues to accelerate across Australia, we’re looking for a sales leader who can build a high-performing team and scale a predictable revenue engine.
You’ll be responsible for leading the SMB sales organisation, driving consistent revenue growth, and building the systems, coaching, and culture that allow the team to perform at a high level. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy while remaining deeply involved in deals, pipeline, and team development.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building, improving how a team sells, developing strong salespeople, and scaling a sales organisation that delivers real impact in healthcare.
Lyrebird is building a category-defining clinical AI platform used daily by frontline clinicians. Our products reduce administrative burden, improve documentation quality, and help clinicians focus on the patient in front of them.
