We are looking for a creative and professional
UI/UX Designer
to join our team. You will be responsible for
designing professional, user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications,
with a strong focus on improving user experience and increasing engagement.
Responsibilities

Lead the full design process from research to final
handoff to developers

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and
usability testing

Create user journey maps, user flows, and wireframes

Design high-fidelity and interactive mockups

Design responsive interfaces for websites and mobile
applications

Develop and maintain design systems while ensuring
brand consistency

Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure
pixel-perfect implementation

Identify UX issues and propose data-driven solutions

Continuously improve user experience based on feedback
and analytics
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design

Strong portfolio showcasing real web and mobile
projects

Professional proficiency in Figma

Deep understanding of UX principles and usability
standards

Experience in building design systems and component
libraries

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
