We are looking for a Chief Product Officer who will build a systematic product function within a company that already operates multiple established and profitable brands.

Establish a unified product vision across the brand portfolio
Build a structured product function (processes, roles, responsibilities)
Introduce a culture of hypothesis-driven work and metrics-based decision-making
Ensure product resilience in response to market challenges
Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing products and business models
Develop and defend the product roadmap at the executive level
Align product strategy with overall business objectives
Define the organizational model (team structure, roles, areas of ownership)
Establish a clear system of product metrics
Implement a transparent prioritization framework
Set up regular product rituals (QBRs, roadmap reviews, discovery reviews)
Transition from a feature-driven to a value-driven approach
Implement hypothesis-driven development practices
Foster a culture of experimentation and A/B testing
Educate teams on product thinking principles
Increase stakeholder maturity in product-related decision-making
Present strategy and performance outcomes to executive leadership
Establish transparent reporting on key product KPIs
Align expectations and priorities across stakeholders
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within the iGaming industry, including leadership of product teams.
