As we continue to grow, we are looking for a
detail-oriented Parabroker
to join our
in-office team in North Strathfield
and support our brokers in delivering a seamless client experience from application to settlement.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be closely involved in the end-to-end mortgage process.
You will work alongside experienced brokers, credit specialists, and senior parabrokers, gaining exposure to real scenarios and contributing directly to successful loan outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end loan processing
for residential home loans (fact-find to settlement)

Conduct
document checks, file preparation, and submission readiness

Review client financials including income documents, liabilities, and credit reports

Liaise with
lenders, clients, and third parties
to gather and verify information

Track applications, follow up on outstanding conditions, and provide updates

Ensure compliance with
Australian lending regulations and lender policies
-
Maintain accurate client records and manage document storage
-
Support brokers with
calendar management and administrative tasks

Assist with
client follow-ups and CRM/database management
-
Workshop loan scenarios with senior team members before presenting to clients

Collaborate closely with brokers and credit specialists to structure deals
-
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth settlements
What We’re Looking For

CERT IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (
completed or willing to obtain
)

Experience in
mortgage broking, banking, or financial services
-
Strong understanding of
loan processing and lender requirements

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and CRM systems
