At Zensar Technologies Limited, we are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as an ERP Functional Operations and Project Implementation Manager. This role is crucial in driving the successful implementation and smooth operations of our ERP system. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our ERP project, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment. With a focus on system design, data migration, and training, the manager will be responsible for guiding our team through the ERP journey, from planning to launch and beyond.
- Manage and optimize ERP project budget and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Maintain project management office, documentation, and templates, adhering to established methodologies.
- Lead ERP operational planning and provide strategic direction and course correction as needed.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including Administration Division, Human Resources, and ICT teams, to align ERP objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with external ERP implementation partners, managing contracts, milestones, and risk identification/mitigation.
- Serve as a role model and leader for the ERP team, fostering a positive and innovative work environment.
- Formalize ERP business case and implementation roadmap, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Support scope control activities and ensure alignment with ERP objectives and requirements.
- Establish and execute configuration, risk, issue, and change management processes, coordinating with internal and external counterparts.
- Monitor and manage functional, schedule, and budget/cost risks for ERP operations and implementation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Experience in ERP implementation project management, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility.
- At least 2 SAP ERP implementations as a project manager, including Finance, asset management, supply chain, and procurement modules.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Concur, and SuccessFactors implementations is an asset.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation and migration work practices, methods, and streams.
- Demonstrated expertise in configuration management, data conversion, integrations, systems testing, cut-over, and end-user training.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Previous experience working within international organizations or the public sector is advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential for this role.
