About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
We’re looking for a qualified Scrum Master to join our CRM/Salesforce Platforms. In this role, you’ll help your teams deliver great outcomes by removing obstacles, supporting continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, focused team environment. You’ll coach team members, encourage experimentation, protect the team from distractions, and help maximise the value delivered each sprint. The teams have been without agile delivery support for a while, so we’re after someone who can come in a make a real difference is a short amount of time!
The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 – $142,993 per annum (based on experience) and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like 0% employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time.
