KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinate the execution of the annual training plan across departments.
Support in identifying training needs through data collection and analysis.
Maintain and update training records, learning dashboards, and reports.
Follow up on training effectiveness and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Liaise with external training providers and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Support internal trainers and subject matter experts in content development and facilitation.
Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
Coordinate communication and training sessions to ensure employee understanding of the performance process.
Provide technical and administrative support for the performance management system (PMS).
Track and analyze performance ratings, feedback, and calibration data to identify development needs and trends.
Prepare performance analytics and reports to support HR and leadership decision-making.
