As our Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for high-value B2B deals, primarily targeting real estate investors and businesses in the home services space. You’ll act as a strategic consultant, leading profound discovery calls to uncover core problems, running tailored demos that provide clear solutions, and driving deals to a successful close. Investor-Caliber Discovery: You will ask more than surface-level questions. You'll act like a strategic advisor: deeply listen, surface the prospect's core problems, quantify the impact of those problems on their business, and earn trust to guide the conversation to a clear next step.
Demos That Solve Problems: You’ll use your discovery insights to show how our product/services are the perfect fix for the gaps you diagnosed. You’ll handle all objections (pricing, contracts, etc.) head-on and ensure the buyer clearly sees the resolution of their root issues. The goal is to move the deal closer to a close.
Flawless Follow-Through: Execute clear, timely follow-ups across all open deals. You are the momentum keeper until a decision—yes or no—is made.
Proactive Hunting: If your calendar isn't packed with discoveries and demos, you don't wait around. You fill your own pipeline: call, email, use LinkedIn, and revive high-value dormant leads. You own your schedule and your success.
Closing: Confidently and professionally negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
Handoffs & Collaboration: Provide concise, actionable handoffs to our Customer Success team. This protects the onboarding process and ensures the customer receives value immediately.
Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and up-to-date, including contacts, detailed notes, clear next steps, and accurate deal status.
Experience: 6–8+ years closing high-ticket B2B sales (SaaS preferred) with complex, multi-call cycles.
Domain Experience: Proven experience selling high-ticket services or software to clients in the real estate investing or home services industries. We are looking for someone who has spent at least 1-2 years of their career selling to our type of customer (investors or business owners).
Prospecting: Demonstrated evidence of self-sourcing and re-engaging dormant leads to fill your pipeline when needed (you have examples of how you take ownership).
Tools & Rigor: Strong skills with CRM/engagement tools; concise note-taking; clear next steps; and reliable sales forecasting.
