ABOUT THE ROLE

Ertech is currently seeking expressions of interest for Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers to join our team supporting our long-term major infrastructure construction scopes in Rockingham, WA or Wangara, WA.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Take responsibility for delivering the project scope to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Provide and seek technical advice on design, construction, program modifications, and structural repairs.
• Maintain strong project performance in challenging circumstances, taking ownership of issues and driving resolutions.
• Apply sound commercial understanding to decision-making, ensuring costs and profitability are effectively managed.
• Contribute to the overall financial and operational success of the project team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clear communication.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client needs, budget requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Support, mentor, and contribute to the success of colleagues within the project team.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with company policies, procedures, and HSEQ standards.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with project HSEQ plans.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working within the Engineering Construction industry.
• Proven experience delivering large scale infrastructure projects (Defence or MRWA projects desirable).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
• Australian Defence background is desirable.
• MUST hold relevant Australian work rights.
