Part-Time Executive Assistant for Dental Office

Hourly Rate: $16.00-$19.00

We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care and creating a positive experience for both our patients and team members. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director of Operations.

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in helping the Director of Operations stay organized, efficient, and focused on high-impact priorities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Operations in executing weekly to-do lists and priorities
• Manage and organize email inbox, including drafting responses and flagging important items
• Maintain and coordinate calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Assist with special projects and follow-ups across departments
• Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of action items
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
• Help streamline systems and improve administrative processes
• Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
