Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we are in search of a part-time Child Care Supervisor to help lead our KidCare team! Available shifts include weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
Requirements
In joining our team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Working with the KidCare Manager to help lead our KidCare team
- Supervising and participating in activities with children while they are checked in to KidCare
- Ensuring all children have an enjoyable experience
- Maintaining a safe, fun, and interactive center that is clean and organized
- Providing clear communication to parents regarding any questions or incidents
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service to all HCI members and guests

To be a great fit, you’ll have:
- Availability to work a combination of weekday evening and weekend morning shifts
- At least one year of child supervision or applicable experience
- An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality!
- Dependability and punctuality
- Exceptional communication skills
- Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!

- Competitive pay at $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience, with time and a half premium pay if working a holiday
