The Role:
- Quality Control: Ensure every meal is packaged to exact specifications and meets world-class food safety regulations.
- Logistics: Manage delivery drivers and timing to guarantee 100% on-time delivery—because in aviation, there is no "late."
- Leadership: Drive accountability across all departments to maintain our "Gourmet" reputation.
- Departmental Coordination: Acts as the primary liaison between the Culinary (Hot/Cold/Pastry) and Logistics teams.
- Order Integrity: Conducts final "Gold Standard" checks on all private jet and lounge orders, ensuring 100% accuracy against the manifest.
- Packaging Excellence: Oversees specialized packaging for aircraft galleys and premium lounge displays, maintaining temperature integrity and visual appeal.
- Driver Management: Dispatches and coordinates delivery drivers to ensure optimal routing and punctuality.
- Compliance: Strictly enforces food safety rules during the final assembly and loading phases.
- Administrative Accuracy: Manages "shopping items" (special requests like specific wines, newspapers, or florals etc.) to ensure no detail is missed.

- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage "odd" requests and complex logistics simultaneously.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible, 24/7-style schedule including holidays and on-call rotations.
- Experience: Previous experience in high-end catering, hospitality, or aviation service is preferred.
