For our Budapest-based office, we are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the plastics or automotive industry to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in the mobility sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to delivery for customers in the plastics and automotive sectors
- Develop and expand customer relationships and identify new business opportunities in the region
- Handle technical sales activities for engineering plastics and related products, including quotations, project coordination, and product launches
- Act as the interface between customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments (e.g., HQ, compliance, accounting)
- Coordinate supply chain activities, including delivery planning, stock management, and logistics alignment
- Support quality management processes and contribute to resolving technical or delivery-related issues
- Ensure proper handling of compliance-related administrative tasks
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
Ihr Profil
Your Profile & Skills- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the plastics and/or automotive industry is required
- Several years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical environment
- Fluent English and Hungarian are required; additional languages (e.g., German or Japanese) are an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe and a valid driver´s license
