The mission of this role is to drive commercial growth and strengthen Hyundai GLOVIS Europe’s competitive position in the freight‑forwarding and logistics market by:
Expanding the business to Austrian clients and other clients throughout Europe through strategic sales initiatives, new client acquisition, and development of high‑value commercial opportunities.
Shaping and executing commercial strategy aligned with market trends to secure long‑term, profitable growth.
Building and maintaining strong client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor who delivers tailored logistics solutions and ensures excellent customer satisfaction.
Leading, developing, and empowering two operational teams (Logistics and Forwarding, 15 employees) to achieve high performance, operational excellence, and alignment with commercial objectives.
Enhancing cross‑functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, and other departments to support seamless service delivery and business expansion.

Professional Background & Experience
Industry Expertise
Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
Strong understanding of market dynamics, purchasing processes, and operational workflows
Sales & Business Development Track Record
Proven success in client acquisition, lead generation, and high‑value contract negotiations
Experience growing business and opening new opportunities in the Austrian and Eastern EU markets
Demonstrated ability to drive profitable, long‑term sales growth
Leadership & Team Management
Experience managing multi‑level teams (Team Leaders + operational staff)
Skilled in setting KPIs, enhancing performance, and developing talent
Ability to foster a high‑performance culture across logistics and forwarding teams
