Ulbrich is seeking a Sales and Training Coordinator who is looking for an exciting opportunity with an industry leader in the metals field. Under general direction of the Corporate Training Manager you will be responsible for the administrative support of the Ulbrich sales group and the companywide training programs, including but not limited to the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) platform and LMS platform. The Sales and Training Coordinator will assist in supporting end-users, data entry, running reports, and administrative tasks as needed.
Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to react quickly and solve problems, possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, customer service orientated, and strong project management skills. A bachelor’s degree in business preferred, experience in Microsoft CRM or similar CRM product, intermediate-level experience with MS Office (Internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and proficient with internet search tools.
