De functie

Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse culinaire uitvoering op hoog niveau. Je werkt met oog voor detail, smaakbalans en presentatie en draagt actief bij aan de constante kwaliteit die van SUPPER wordt verwacht. In nauwe samenwerking met het keukenteam speel je een essentiële rol tijdens services, diners en evenementen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Bereiden en verfijnd opmaken van gerechten volgens receptuur en planning

• Bewaken van kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie

• Bijdragen aan menuontwikkeling en optimalisatie van werkprocessen

• Waarborgen van hygiëne, structuur en organisatie (HACCP)

• Professioneel samenwerken tijdens high-end services en events

Profiel

• Aantoonbare ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok

• Affiniteit met fine dining en hoogwaardige gastronomie

• Sterk ontwikkeld gevoel voor timing, precisie en smaak

• Flexibel inzetbaar (avonden, weekenden en feestdagen)

Independent Working Chef – SUPPER (Fine Dining & Entertainment)

The role

As an Independent Working Chef, you are responsible for the daily culinary execution at a high level. You work with strong attention to detail, balance of flavours and presentation, and actively contribute to the consistent quality SUPPER is known for. Together with the kitchen team, you play a key role during services, dinners and events.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and refining dishes according to recipes and planning

• Ensuring quality, flavour and presentation

• Contributing to menu development and optimisation of kitchen processes

• Maintaining hygiene, structure and organisation (HACCP)

• Professional collaboration during high-end services and events

Profile

• Proven experience as an Independent Working Chef

• Affinity with fine dining and high-quality gastronomy

• Strong sense of timing, precision and flavour

• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends and public holidays)

• Calm, professional and team-oriented attitude
