The primary responsibility will be to manage and grow Actylis’ full portfolio of excipients, APIs, and intermediates at new and existing customers and to expand and advance the pipeline projects in assigned territory. The Business Development Manager is responsible for handling a portfolio of accounts in a specific territory and building strong relationships with customers in efforts to maintain current business and develop further sales. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the customer’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.
TRAVEL: Extensive travel required within territory – minimum 50% of time. Occasional travel outside territory.
The salary range for the position of Business Development Manager is $125,000 - $150,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.
