About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual Team Manager to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires a strong leader with proven ability to drive performance, coach teams, and deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and productivity
- Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and client objectives
- Provide clear direction, structured feedback, and continuous coaching
- Monitor team performance and implement action plans for improvement
- Manage priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Ensure consistent delivery of service quality and operational excellence
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in:
- Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven experience as a Team Manager in a call center environment (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work night shifts
