The Skin Hospital is a not-for-profit organisation, with charity status, established to benefit and treat those who suffer from diseases of the skin. We are dedicated to providing excellent Clinical Services, Education & Training and Research & Clinical Trials.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Prepare tissue specimens by accurately processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining for immediate examination.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in specimen preparation.
- Adhere to laboratory protocols, infection control standards, and quality control
systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation and labelling of all samples and slides.
- Assist in clinical stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
- Support other clinical and administrative duties as directed by the surgical team or
supervisor.
