Intro
Join our team as a Contracts Manager and take part in managing a wide range of aviation-related agreements across the business. You’ll prepare, review, and negotiate contracts for aircraft, engines, other high-value assets, ensuring commercial, technical and legal terms are in full compliance with regulations and company strategic needs. Working closely with internal stakeholders, including fleet, asset and transition teams, you’ll help structure clear, effective agreements and support smooth contract execution in a dynamic aviation environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and commenting LOIs, Sales and Purchase Agreements, amendment agreements, service agreements for high-value aviation assets
- Drafting and managing Component Lease Agreements (e.g., Engines, LDG, APU, and other components)
- Handling various asset related Service Agreements, including MRO and repair management arrangements
- Managing inter-group contracts and supporting internal stakeholders with contract-related matters
- Ensuring that all contractual activities comply with regulatory, business, and operational requirements.
We expect You to have:
- A legal degree (Law, Aviation Law, or related field)
- Professional experience in the aviation industry (leasing, airlines, MRO, aftermarket, or similar sectors)
- Strong understanding of commercial and technical aviation contracts
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
