Job Description:
- Managing and being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Prepare management reports and ensure efficient cost control for hotel expenses.
- Recruit, train, and develop the hotel's staff, including direct reports.
- Evaluate direct reports, develop the hotel's business, and actively participate in sales calls and promotions.
- Ensure efficient property maintenance and prioritize the safety and security of the hotel.
- Works collaboratively with key stakeholders, including guests, hotel owners, and the Archipelago International Corporate Office.
- supports the execution of branded service and standards, performance, and profit.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree
- Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager
- Experienced in the Hotel Industry
- Have experience in Sales, especially in the JABODETABEK Area
- Fluent in English
