To strengthen our Product and Technology departments, we are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master who is passionate about fostering agility, supporting our Scrum teams, and driving smooth, value-focused delivery for Europe's number one TCG marketplace.
Your Responsibilities
Guiding and coaching two functional Scrum teams in adopting Agile and Lean practices, translating abstract principles into clear, practical day‑to‑day workflows, from planning through delivery
Facilitating structured, outcome-driven Scrum events, ensuring they are productive, time-boxed, and focused on tangible results
Supporting the Product Owners in mastering backlog management applying effective prioritization techniques to maximize customer value
Proactively identifying, visualizing, and resolving impediments, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a smooth delivery flow
Cultivating a high-performing, self-organizing team culture by recognizing individual strengths and applying tailored coaching approaches
Promoting a strong feedback and learning culture by embedding “Inspect & Adapt“ cycles into the team’s DNA
Strengthen inter-team collaboration and partner with Technical Engineering Managers to enhance their coaching and mentoring capabilities
Collaborating closely with our Agile Lead and reporting to them, contributing to the continuous evolution and maturity of Agile practices at Cardmarket
Driving the ongoing evolution of your role by expanding your coaching toolkit and staying curious about new, better ways of working
Your profile
General
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Certifications such as PSM I, CSM, or comparable Agile qualifications are an advantage
Experience in E‑commerce or Marketplace environments is a plus
Presence in Berlin is required!
Scrum Framework Competencies
Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, applied in a pragmatic, non-dogmatic way to create measurable impact
Confident in designing, facilitating, and documenting productive meetings, workshops, and Scrum events
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and digital whiteboards (e.g., Miro)
People & Teams
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, grounded in empathy and a people-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing requirements
Open to feedback and committed to your own continuous growth, personally and professionally
Organization & Stakeholders
A structured, systematic approach to identifying and untangling complex dependencies, ensuring teams stay focused on what matters most
Ability to leverage tools and frameworks strategically to drive organizational outcomes without rigid rule-following
