Cintra's expenses platform is growing — and so is the team behind it. As our
Expenses Support Consultant, you'll be the expert clients turn to from day one: onboarding them confidently, solving problems efficiently, and making sure they get real value from the platform every step of the way.
You're the person clients trust. The one who makes a new product feel effortless, resolves a tricky query before it becomes a problem, and spots a better way to do things. We're looking for exactly that.

What you’ll do
- Become the go-to product expert on our expenses platform
- Lead client onboarding and deliver engaging, effective training
- Resolve client queries quickly and professionally
- Build lasting relationships that drive long-term success
- Gather feedback and feed insights back into the product
- Collaborate across Product, Support, and Delivery teams
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a client-facing SaaS support, onboarding, or training role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
- Interest in expenses, fintech, or financial systems
- Experience with expenses software is a bonus — not a must
