Job Responsibilities:
• Participation in implementation of Total Productive Maintenance
• Creating preventive, corrective and investment maintenance plans to minimize downtime of machinery and equipment
• Participation in regular and preventive maintenance of equipment and installations
• Implementation and supervision over execution of preventive maintenance plans
• Advising maintenance technicians in carrying out regular maintenance and elimination of failures
• Planning and executing assigned projects of maintenance, repair, installation and other infrastructure projects
• Participation in technology improvement
• Planning resources and project budgets
• Supervising the work of external contractors
• Responsibility for ensuring the proper functioning of energy supply (electricity, natural gas, compressed air, water)
• Providing support in creating of a technical specification for new equipment
• Coordination and assisting in completing documentation for commissioning of machinery and equipment
• Creating procurement request in order to provide the necessary spare parts, equipment and consumables
• Providing training and instruction for people involved in maintenance or production process and identifies the need for additional training
• Monitoring KPIs
Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education and Experience:
• University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environment
• English language knowledge
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package, CMMS and EAM
• Knowledge of safety regulations at work
• Understanding business processes
