We׳re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated Billing and Collections Specialist (Student Position) to join our growing Finance team.
Wake up for this
- Work closely with our sales and legal team.
- Communicate daily with the company's enterprise clients.
- Work closely with the finance team on new deals, contracts, and pricing matters.
- Manage the day-to-day enterprise billing activities and collection activities including: Issuing invoices, tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client or billing issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline current processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related course of study – must.
- Availability to work 3 days a week or more – must.
- Student with at least one year remaining until graduation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and proactively to secure timely payments while maintaining client relationships.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across high-volume recurring tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to work with data and quickly learn new systems.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce - An advantage.
