Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong planning and tracking capability — beyond just facilitation
• Able to own a plan, track progress, and hold teams accountable
• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-vendor programme environments
• Strong risk and dependency management skills
• Comfortable producing clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent agile tooling
• PMP or Prince2 knowledge advantageous
