Minerva Gas Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticket Coordinator. As a Ticket Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient logistics and travel arrangements for our crew members.

Main responsibilities
- Coordinates closely with the approved travel agencies to request flight options, book seats, issue tickets providing the required accompanying documents for seafarers, office staff, and other eligible travelers.
- Handles visa requirements and travel documentation and ensures compliance prior to travel.
- Processes, reviews and verifies invoices received from travel agencies, registers them in the ERP system, and forwards them to the relevant departments for approval.
- Supports and assists Marine Personnel Operators remaining available at all times, including weekends and public holidays.
- Maintains accurate filing and records of flights, costs, passports, seaman’s books, and travel records of the company’s seafarers’ pool and office personnel.
- Performs general administration duties and filing responsibilities, as required, in an accurate and timely manner (including meetings, briefings/debriefings, training arrangements, emails, phone calls etc.)
Requirements
- University degree in any related field.
- Previous experience in a shipping company or marine travel agency is considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
