We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at Araby Brand.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on HR experience, with solid knowledge of recruitment processes, and will support various HR functions while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day HR operational and administrative support.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, labor law basics, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (Recruitment experience is a must).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
