Whakarongorau aims to be there when face to face health and social services cannot, providing consistent, clinically supported access to services for those in need or when people are unable to access other options due to location, time of day, financial or cultural barriers.

Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role
As a People and Culture Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the People, Culture and Capability function. You'll work alongside a collaborative and values-driven team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, learning & development, and other tasks across the employee lifecycle. This role will allow you to collaborate with talented professionals and make a meaningful impact on our workforce.
This is a fixed term position (10 months) working from our central Auckland office and fixed work from home days.
