The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Childcare Member Services Representative to join our team.

The Childcare Members Service Representative is responsible for administrative support of our childcare sites and families. This includes responding to inquiries about our year-round childcare programs. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and ongoing software support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain good public relations with members and always represent the best interests of the YMCA.
- Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone, contributing to member retention.
- Greet and assist all members, potential members and staff in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.
- Assisting with basic membership transactions.
- Respond to members' needs. Contact appropriate personnel when necessary and notify supervisor of unusual situations. Handle complaints in a courteous manner.

- You have at least two years of customer service, sales, or related experience (preferred).

- Able and willing to complete Child Abuse Prevention training on the first day and other online and in-person training as required.
Wage: $17.51 to $18.01 per hour,(Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range)
Hours: Full-Time, up to 40 hours a week. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: YMCA Child Care Office, Lakewood, WA
