Establish,
develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers and
prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business.
Effective project
execution/management of exiting project with clients
Interface with
existing and prospective customer via telephone
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine
their potential.
Develop clear
and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective
customers.
Expedite the
resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinate sales
effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical
service initiatives.
Analyse the
market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective
customer’s value to the organization.
Create and manage
a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and
value opportunities.
Identify advantages and compare organization’s
services with competitors
Plan and organize personal sales strategy by
maximising the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
Generate reports on customer needs, problems,
interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
Keep abreast of product applications, technical
services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and
promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting
with marketing and technical service areas.
Participate in trade shows and conventions to show case CSCS services agencies on emergency
and security endeavours.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from
a reputable institution.
3 - 5 years of post-graduation experience in B2B Sales,
with at least two (2) years’ experience selling to large corporate and government
institutions
Excellent
communication, planning, time management, leadership, budgeting and employee development
skills
