Tele-Sales

• Present, Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Team Leader
• After the answer, convert data into deals, update deal stages and status depending on the interactions.
• Update data (Leads, Clients) Status.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Contact data (Leads, Clients) Make calls, E-Mails, and text messages with data, Provide prices and detailed information about the service
• Emergency Handling.
• Must be able to confirm will under pressure and be flexible with working hours.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English C1.
