Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that prioritize growth and positive customer ratings
Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
Lead a team of Business Development representatives and is able to set the team’s strategy
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships
Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
Prepare reports, sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
Prepare financial projections and sales targets
Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Prepare sales contracts to ensure adherence to legal and corporate guidelines
Track all business-related invoices
Liaise with department’s Directors to develop sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or relevant field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role, preferably in
healthcare or health tourism. Out of which 3 years on a managerial role
