Compensation: $16.90 plus tips
Part time to full time available based on performance

We are seeking a versatile employee with serving and expediting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly and detail oriented to play a key role in maintaining service standards and ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Expo Key duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Ensure dishes meet presentation, accuracy and food quality standards before leaving the kitchen
- Deliver food orders to tables promptly, connecting with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Package to-go orders according to company standards and guidelines
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and concerns, communicating them to servers or management as deemed appropriate
- Prepare, stock and maintain sufficient levels of food and packaging products for smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas during and after service
Server Key duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take and record accurate food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations by suggestive selling
- Prepare and refill beverages according to company standards and applicable laws
- Handle guest transactions, including card, gift cards and rewards programs
- Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner
- Pre-buss and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
*Given the dynamic nature and high-volume of the restaurant, management may occasionally assign additional duties, including but not limited to running food, answering phones, and assisting with seating, to name a few.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 40 lbs several times a day
- Ability to be standing for long periods of time
- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant setting is preferred
- Flexibility to work in varying conditions
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Authorized to work in the US
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
